Terms Of Usage : Family Care Terms & Conditions

The 2 night and 3 days holidays package entitles the holder to a complimentary accommodation for a couple and two children below 5 yrs, at any of the hotels and resorts listed herein.
Requests for reservation can be made by sending the duly filled voucher by post/courier to the reservation office of the company at the following address :

Processing charges of the Rs. 499.00 per package are to be paid with the request for reservation through a DD payable at New Delhi in the name of M/S Heritage Holidays P. Ltd. Processing charges are 100% refunded in case of non availability room.
The hotel/resort has the night to charge for additional facilities like extra bed, heaters, and other leisure facilities. F&B taken at the hotel are to be paid directly at the hotel, before check out.
At least 30 days notice for reservation is required with 3 different choices of destinations and dates, to process the bookings. Please maintain at least 7 days gap between the options of dates. Incomplete forms shall not be acceptable. Bookings through fax and phone are also not acceptable. Only original booking forms shall be accepted. The status of a particular booking shall be told to the holder of this offer at least 07 days before the date of check- in.
This holiday voucher is Non encashable, Non negotiable and Non transferable.
All booking are subject to availability and prior booking especially in case of National holidays and long weekends. The company reserves the right to alternative hotel and dates, in case of non availability. Booking will be done on "First come, First serve" basis. No booking would be taken from 20th December till 3rd January.
Once the company has confirmed a particular request for reservation, no changes thereafter would be possible/ permissible. Only for justified reasons, the changes, if at all possible, shall be made on payment of charges of RS. 250.00.
A confirmation letter shall be issued in name of the applicant by our reservation office and all recipients are required to carry along the original letter of confirmation, to be produced at the time of check-in at the hotel/ resort. Details of destination, hotel, its services and address etc. would be mentioned therein.
Discounts on food ranging from 10% to 20% ( as applicable ) if consumed at the hotel/ resort.
Once the company has confirmed a particular request for reservation, no change thereafter would be possible/ permissible.
The person asking for reservations and signing the booking form is responsible for his/ her spouse in respect of giving the acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
The offer does not include any other services or facilities not mentioned herein.
This form needs to reach us before the last date of submission ie "Application Period".
The company offering this holiday voucher holds no responsibility for any liability arising from the use of this offer. Quality of experience is responsibility of the hotel.
All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of New Delhi courts only.
